Procrastinating about work? It's not because you are lazy

This morning, despite my best efforts, I fell down an Instagram rabbit hole of dog videos, beauty videos, and Carol Vorderman taking down the Tories.

I was procrastinating. My bed was warm, my husband had just bought me a cup of tea, and I did not want to get my arse outside and go for a walk.
